Baby corn bajji is family fav and everyone loves it a lot. Its very simple and quick to make,all you need is baby corn handy and then all done.I usually make this once a month and even my daughter loves it,its fun way to make kids eat this. Lots of ketchup on top and they gobble up quick.

1. Wash baby corn in a big bowl. To this add ginger garlic paste,chilly powder,besan,rice flour,hing salt and a pinch of soda and mix it well.
2. Let it coat well. Sprinkle water according to the thickness required for bajji.
3. In a separate bowl add oil and let it get hot . Now low the flame. To this add corn one by one and keep the flame on medium now.
4. When they turn golden brown remove it and place them on a tissue paper to remove the oil. Serve it with tomato ketchup and enjoy your evening snack with family.
