Green Chutney(Chaat)
This chutney is very very important when we make chaat food like pani puri,papdi chaat or any chaat item for that matter. If the green chutney is not made correctly the whole taste in chaat is gone. Measurement is very important in this chutney. I have tried my best to give the correct measurement. Enjoy making the chaat with this yummy hot n spicy chutney.

Ingredients
- Coriander leaves - 1 cup
- Fresh mint leaves - 1/4 cup
- Green chillies - 6-7
- Jeera - 1/4 tsp
- Garlic pieces - 2
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Salt to taste - as per taste
Instructions
1. Now wash and chop the coriander leaves and mint. In a blender add green chillies,garlic,jeera,salt &lemon juice and grind them well to fine paste. Always make a thick paste so that you can store them in refrigerator and use it for later. Dilute them when needed.
2. This Chutney can be served with our chaat item, samosa ,kebab or sandwiches. I love it with masala papad too. They taste sooo good.
