Appreciate for your efforts, a suggestion you could add hyper-link to those words ( with sambar or sodhi in Tamil Nadu) wherever you can for eg. for sodhi – the link could direct to sodhi page. (By the way i took those words in the bracket from the last line of this method of recipe.) And another one String Hopper is the English name for Idiyappam.
