Mango Coconut Chutney

When mangoes are in season I try my best to use them in my cooking.It taste good its a must try chutney for everyone,I use this chutney for adai,wheat dosa or pesarattu dosa/moong dal dosa.

  • Prep Time : 5 minutes
  • Cook Time : 5 minutes
  • Yield : 2

Instructions

  1. Heat kadai/pan to medium high pour some oil then once the mustard splutter fry urad dal,channa dal,hing,onion,red chillies,garlic,green chillies,coconut,mango,tamarind,salt.
  2. Remove them from fire after stirring them for 5 min then let them cool.
  3. Grind all of them together and serve them hot with idly or dosa.

NOTE:

  • You can avoid the tamarind if mango is tangy enough.
  • If you don't like the chutney like this u can add the seasoning on top of it again too with mustard,urad&curry leaves.
