Mango Smoothie
Its mango season now so twice in a week I try to make different kinds of milkshakes, this one is my favorite.so here it goes....

Ingredients
- Ripe Mangoes - 1-2
- Chilled milk - 2 glass
- Ginger - small piece
- Mint leaves - 5
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Pistachio,roasted - 1/4 cup
- Elachi - 2
Instructions
- Blend ice,mango pieces,ginger,elachi,mint leaves,milk,sugar together.
- Adjust the consistency according to your taste by adding more milk or water.
- Now pour milkshake in to the glass and add 1 tsp pf toasted pistachio and mix well .
- Leave some nuts to garnish on top of the milkshake add some decorative items like umbrella or party straw and serve your guest.
NOTE:
- You can substitute regular milk with soya/almond milk too.
- You can scoop ice cream of your choice on top of this milkshake or blend them too.
- You can add any kinds of syrup like vanilla,rose of your choice on top top before serving.
