Watermelon Lemonade taste so good and best for summer. People who read my blog know my love for juices, especially WATERMELON. I can literally live my life just sipping this drink whole day. I love watermelon so much. It not only cools your body but benefits your health in so many ways. I love adding different fruits to watermelon and enjoy it with different flavor. Default ingredient would be mint or lemon since they give very good flavor to watermelon recipes. This time it’s just lemon and you will def enjoy it with your friends and family.
There are many ways in doing this watermelon, but I lke this mess free and easy way. I don’t like making simple sugar syrup and then cooling and adding it to my watermelon. I like to blend it then filter it and enjoy the leon goodness directly. I don’t like adding sugar in any of my juices. I always have them just plain or sometime add honey. However this recipe needs little bit of sugar since it has to blend with lemon and mint. If you like honey flavor you can add just honey in place of sugar. This drink is very refreshing and can be made at all times. Love this when the sun is out burning.
When summer hits all stores will be filled with watermelon. Never miss to enjoy them at that time. It taste very sweet and fresh when had during summer. Step by step recipe for watermelon lemonade
- Prep Time : 5 minutes

- Yield : 4 glass
1. In a blender add watermelon cubes and extract juice. Now filter it using a filter and keep it separate.
2. Now in a high pitcher add ice cubes,sugar,crushed mint leaves and watermelon pieces. Now filter it well. .
3. To this add lemon juice,ginger juice and mix them all together.
4. Pour it in a nice tall glass and serve it. Garnish with mint leaves and sliced lemon pieces.
