		<description><![CDATA[I made this over the weekend. Came out great. Savitri thought the mint was overpowering and took away the main taste and smell of watermelon. So I might reduce the amount of mint and try the next time we make it. But it was definitely a very refreshing drink. The ginger and lemon adds a very good flavor to the juice!! Nice recipe.
