            <h4>Instructions</h4>
            <div class="instructions" itemprop="recipeInstructions">
                <p style="text-align: center;"><img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/tfc.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
1. In a big bowl sieve the flour and add baking soda,baking powder and mix it well.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/tfc1.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
2. Now in another bowl mix melted butter and condensed milk together, then add this to the flour and stir it well so no lumps are formed. Then add orange juice and vanilla essence and stir it again. The batter consistency will be little thick. Don't dilute it very thin.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/tfc2.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
3. Now coat tutti frutti with 2 tsp of all purpose flour, this is done so they don't get settled at bottom while baking. Then grease a loaf pan. I have used 8 inch and pour the batter inside and bake it at 350 def F for 40-45 mins,or until the cake is cooked. when you prick with a stick in center it will come out clean, then its perfect. If dough sticks to the pin then bake it for few more mins.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/tfc3.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/tfc4.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
4. Remove from oven and let it cool down for 5 mins. Then using sharp knife slide the edge in pan and the tilt cake,it will come out perfect. Then let it cool for 30 mins.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/tfc5.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
5. Perfect tutti frutti orange cake is ready. I loved the softy taste of it.Slice and enjoy this delicious cake. The addition of orange juice was really good.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/tfc6.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />

I read the ingredients needed and it sounded pretty simple so came home and searched for the right recipe and started making this. I loved the result cute little ice cream snuggling inside the chocolate cookie. I have changed the shape of it to heart instead of long rectangle but its up to you with the shape. Anyways it will taste good so its up to us.</p>

            <h4>Instructions</h4>
            <div class="instructions" itemprop="recipeInstructions">
                <p style="text-align: center;"><img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/si.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
1. In a bowl whisk sugar and butter together till they become soft and fluffy. In a separate bowl sieve dry ingredients like all purpose flour,soda,baking powder,cocoa powder in a bowl and mix it well with the butter whisk.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/si1.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
2. Add little milk and mix it well. Make a non sticky ball and wrap them in a plastic sheet and store them in refrigerator for 10-15 mins.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/si2.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/si3.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
3. Now add little flour below and roll them with roller. It should be 1/2 inch thick. Then using a cutter cut to any required shape you want and place them in aluminum sheet for baking.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/si4.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/si5.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/si6.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
4. Bake them at 350 deg F for 10 mins. Then let it cool down.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/si7.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
5. Now take the required ice cream flavor and cut them to same shape and place it in between the 2 baked heart cookies like sandwich, then place it immediately in freezer to get firm. Serve it chilled after half an hr or 1 hr. Yummy tasty ice- cream sandwich is ready. I kept the sandwich for quite a long time to get some decent clicks, but they didn't turn out the way I wanted. Hmm its okay. Enjoy this yummy dessert.<br />

            <div class="instructions" itemprop="recipeInstructions">
                <p style="text-align: center;"><img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/jr.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
1. In a pan add oil saute garlic, ginger,onion and scotch bonnet or jalapeno for few mins.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/jr1.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
2. Soak rajma or red kidney beans a night before and next day boil them and keep it separate. Now add it to the onion mix.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/jr2.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
3. To this add long grain rice and stir it for a min. To this add one and half cup hot water and one cup coconut milk and stir it again. To this add salt and pepper powder and close it with a lid. Let it cook well.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/jr3.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
4. Now to this add red kidney beans and stir it well. Then finely chop thyme leaves and add to rice. This is very important because the flavor is very good.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/jr4.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
5. This is how jamaican bean rice is made.<br />

            <div class="instructions" itemprop="recipeInstructions">
                <p style="text-align: center;"><img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/vp.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
1. Boil potatoes and mash them a little. In a pan add oil,mustard,hing,ginger garlic green chilli paste and saute them well. To this add boiled potatoes and toss it too. To this add turmeric powder,salt,chilly powder,lemon juice and remove from fire. Garnish with coriander leaves. keep it in a bowl separately.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/vp1.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/vp2.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/vp3.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
2. To make Dry garlic chutney add little oil in pan and saute garlic,dry red chillies,white seasame,peanut,grated coconut separately and grind them well in a blender adding little tamarind and salt. Do not add water, its suppose to be dry and can be stored in fridge for 2 days.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/vp4.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />

<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/vp8.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
3. Now to make vada batter, in a big bowl add besan flour,salt,chilly powder,turmeric powder,soda and mix it with water till the batter is little thick for coating.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/vp9.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
4. Now make a ball shape out of the potato filling and dip in besan batter and deep fry them in oil till they turn golden brown. keep it in tissue to absorb oil. Now take the pav bread, spread dry garlic chutney on both side or you can spread sweet chutney one side too. I like my fav spicy and sweet. Then stuff the potato vada inside and take a deep bite and yummmm. It will taste so good and its definitely irresistible.<br />

I had this with <a title="brinjal fry" href="http://redchillycurry.com/brinjal-fry/" target="_blank">brinjal fry</a> and <a title="beans usili" href="http://redchillycurry.com/beans-usili/" target="_blank">beans usili</a>, it tasted so good.             <h4>Instructions</h4>
            <div class="instructions" itemprop="recipeInstructions">
                <p style="text-align: center;"><img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/sfr.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
1. Before starting to make this recipe cook basmati rice first and store the cooked rice in fridge for 30-45 mins. Let it cool down. Now finely chop the ingredients needed for making the schezwan sauce and start making the process.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/sfr1.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
2. In a pan add oil,use more because it helps in getting sauce consistency and also helps in storing the sauce for 2 days. To this add finely chopped garlic &amp; ginger ,saute them well. Then grind the dry red chillies to paste by adding little water, then add this to the ginger garlic saute.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/sfr2.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
3.Then when the raw smell reduces from chillies,add salt,pepper and soya sauce little bit(don't add more soya sauce,then it will lose the color and became dark)Saute it well. To this add little water to get sauce consistency. Let it sit for a min,when the oil starts to separate remove from fire. Keep it separate in a bowl. Schezwan sauce is ready.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/sfr3.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/sfr7.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
4. Now in a pan add oil and sauce garlic,carrot,beans for few mins. To this add spring onion(the white onion part)and saute them well. To this add the schezwan sauce and stir it for few mins. Add little salt.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/sfr4.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
5. Now take the basmati rice that was kept in refrigerator for half an hr and add it to the mix. Break it well with your ladle and you will get a nice crispy and separated fried rice and toss them well with spring onion as garnish. Tasty and spicy schezwan fried rice is ready. It will be spicy so beware of that.<br />

I am not a great sweet lover but this makes me crave immediately the min I see this sweet on menu card. Its very simple to make at home and you don't have to go to a restaurant anymore to taste this. Home made are always best if we know few tricks of how its done exactly. So I had learned this from online video and made it exactly that way and it came out very tasty and everyone at home enjoyed it.</p>

            </div>
            <h4>Instructions</h4>
            <div class="instructions" itemprop="recipeInstructions">
                <p style="text-align: center;"><img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/qb.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
1. Boil Channa dal in pressure cooker,it should be perfectly done not too mushy or watery. Keep it separate.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/qb1.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
2. Now in oil/ghee add cinnamon,cloves,bay leaf,shah jeera and saute for few mins. To this add onion and ginger garlic paste and stir for few more mins.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/qb2.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
3. Then to this add curd and let it cook for a min. Now add channa dal and let it sit for 5 mins. mean time add garam masala,salt and red chilly powder. Let it cook till the raw smell is gone.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/qb3.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
4. Now in a separate pan add 6 glass of water and salt to it. Let it boil, to this add basmathi rice and let it cook 3/4 th. Now remove the water and collect the rice.<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/qb4.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
5. In a Glass bowl or big pan layer the dish. First add the channa dal mix and on top of it add the cooked basmathi rice. To that layer sprinkle finely chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves. I had fried onion which I made from fresh onion(Just saute it in a separate bowl till the skin turns dark brown in color).<br />
<img class="aligncenter" alt="" src="http://redchillycurry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/qb5.jpg" width="245" height="162" /><br />
6. Same way repeat for one more layer and close the lid and let it sit for 15 mins. With the heat they will cook on its own. Then after that serve it from below to top without mixing altogether. Now when its done, serve it with your fav raita.<br />
