		<description><![CDATA[Amazing recipe, I’ve made it several times with my own little variation and it never disappoints. It tastes better with Desi ghee or any of your preferred ghee (like I have been using Gowardhan Ghee for the same) as it gives a richer feel. I fry some paneer or mushrooms in ghee and toss them into to the rice. Such variations make the dish even more interesting.  Thank you so much for this lovely recipe.]]></description>
