Pav Bhaji
Pav bhaji is everyone's favourite.Few may not like chat food but I am sure all like pav bhaji.This is the only street food I can eat without thinking too much,all road side pav taste soooooooooo good.The way the butter melts and the combination of aloo and other vegetables with lemon juice mixed inside it is just heavenly,cant resist it.Its best to have during evening time.

Ingredients
- Pav bread - 1 packet
- Carrot,finely chopped - 1
- Peas - 1/2 cup
- capsicum,finely chopped - 1
- Potatoes - 2
- Cauliflower - 1/4 cup
- Onion,finely chopped - 1(big size)
- Tomato puree/tomato pulp - 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pav bhaji masala - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves,finely chopped - 1/2 cup
- Butter - as per requirement
Instructions
1.Boil all the vegetables fr 5 mins and then mash them little bit.
2.Heat butter in kadai/pan saute jeera,onion,ginger&garlic paste for 4 mins till the pungent smell is gone.Now add tomato and let it cook till the skin becomes tender.
3.Now add turmeric pow,chilly powder,pav bhaji masala and salt.let it cook for 10 min then add the boiled vegetables and let it cook for 5 more mins.
4.Garnish it with coriander leaves add a little butter and cook for 2 more mins till you get that perfect consistency,I like it little thick like the road side one.Then heat butter on hot pan and cut the pav into halves and place the pav bread.let both the sides turn mild brown then serve this with onions,lemon,tomatoes.
