Peanut Chutney
This wonderful peanut chutney goes very well with idly and dosa.I go crazy for this dish.Adding peanut to different dish gives a nice aroma to the whole dish.This chutney can be made dry without adding water and can be used as podi for dosa.Its got two ways.I like chutney so I made for adai/lentil dosa.Enjoy the dish.

Ingredients
- Groundnut/peanut - 3 tsp
- Coconut,grated - 1/2 cup
- Dry red chillies - 6-8
- Garlic - 2
- Asofaetida(hing) - a pinch
- Tamarind piece - little bit
- Salt to taste
- For Seasoning
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Urad dal(ulandham paruppu) - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - as per tatse
- Dry red chillies - 1
Instructions
1.In a kadai/pan dry fry coconut pieces,red chillies,peanuts,garlic and let it cool.
2.In a blender grind all this together adding hing,salt and make it a fine paste.
3.Add water to your requirement.Keep it in a bowl separately.
4.Now add oil in kadai do the seasoning one by one and transfer it to the chutney.
