I didn't really have much time to click pics in my camera when I made this.We were all super hungry it was Saturday morning too lazy to step inside kitchen,was still sleepy and just grabbed the first thing I looked inside my cabinets.Tadaaaaaa semiya what else is called easy cooking??? well noodles also exist but I cant make noodles as breakfast, I will get killed by my family members so I switched the easy and nearest option.I know I love cooking and all but sometime its just not possible to like kitchen,I wish I had my own robot to cook for me.So ya well this is the simplest semiya upma make.Bachelors plz note it down its super simple and I like the taste of it too.

1.Pour some ghee/oil in a kadai/pan then roast the vermicelli/semiya for few mins till they turn mild brown in colour then remove it from fire and keep it separate.
2.Now again pour some oil in kadai and do the seasoning given step by step.Then add onion,tomatoes,green chillies & saute them well.
3.Then add the vegetables like carrot,peas,beans and saute them till they are semi cooked.Add some salt then pour 2 cups of water for one cup of vermicelli,let it boil.
4.Now add the vermicelli to it and stir till they get completely cooked.Garnish with coriander leaves a simple version of spicy semiya is ready.
