Love the aroma that comes out of it,its not only flavorful but when added to kulambhu variety or to side dish vegetable fry like brinjal fry they taste so relishing.Its my all time favourite powder and I always make my mom powder it for me whenever she visits to USA or when I go for vacation to India.This powder will help in all kinds of emergency.Just throw in the vegetables of your choice,extract tamarind pulp and add this powder,then your tummy will start to gurgle the minute it smells this aroma flavour.Enjoy making it.This is the kulambhu link that is made with this podi.

1.Dry roast red chillies,toor dal,coriander seeds,raw rice,fenugreek and jeera separately.Then let it cool off.
2.Now in a blender make powder out of them.I have mentioned for one time use,double the measurement for more batches of powder and store them in a air tight container for future use.
3.This powder is used for kulambhu variety and I sometimes add to various vegetable fry too.
