- Prep Time : 5 minutes
- Cook Time : 45 minutes
- Yield : 4
Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 1
- Aluminium foil - 1 sheet
- Tray
Instructions
1.Take the pumpkin and cut the top with knife, its very thick so watch out. Then cut them in to half and remove the seeds inside them using a spoon.
2.Keep the seeds separate.Don't throw them away they can be made to crunch for evening tea so keep it separate. Will load the recipe soon for it.
3.Now cut them to small pieces and place them on aluminum foil covered tray.Spray some oil to the foil and place the cut pumpkins on them. Now pre heat the oven and place the pumpkin facing up/down and bake them at 375 degree F for 40-45 mins.
4.Now remove them from oven and let it cool. The skin will be easy to tear so scoop the pumpkin flesh with spoon and store it in a cup.
5.Now blend them to fine paste in a blender and store it in a jar in fridge.I usually finish it off immediately so no time to store them. Now use them on cupcakes, pies, cakes, juice and many more recipe and enjoy the Halloween with pumpkin based recipes.
