Kuzhi Paniyaram(Spicy Version)
Paniyaram is the easiest snack I can think of making when I am not in a great mood to cook.These days its raining or its cold and windy.So a steaming hot dish is so good to munch.So I made this quick snack in no time, all I need is dosa/Idly dough and its ready!!!!!!!!!!of course you need a spicy chutney or sambar to go with this and that's going to consume your time a little bit but hey come on its worth it.

Ingredients
- Idly/Dosa dough - 2 cup
- Salt to taste
- For Seasoning
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Channa dal/kadala paruppu - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - as per requirement
- Onion,finely chopped - 1/2 cup
- Jeera - 1/2 tsp
- Green chillies,finely chopped - 2 tsp
- Ginger,finely chopped(optional) - 1 tsp
Instructions
1.Take 2 cup of dough for 4 people and do the seasoning mentioned above and mix it well.This is chettinad famous snack and they are so yummy.
2.Now take the paniyaram pan heat it for few sec on stove and pour some oil,may be a tsp.Paniyaram taste so good when the dough is immersed inside the oil and is coated around.
3.Now pour the dough in each mold 3/4 and let it cook for 2 mins when they raise to little distance and dough in center turn in slowly to other side(just rotate it)
4.Let it cook on both sides.Now it will be golden brown when you turn to other side.When both sides are done prick it with a stick(the stick comes with the pan) and transfer it to the plate and serve it hot with sambar or spicy chutney/coconut chutney.
