Aloo methi is a dish that I never get tired of eating like I always say green vegetables play a main role in my family. My husband needs a lot of greeny vegetables in his diet.He loves methi when made this way.He used to hate chapathi before marriage now he enjoys north Indian cooking a lot, because of him I have started eating lot of vegetables too, specially methi and palak.I make methi as stuffed paratha or as main dish to chapathi.Love this fenugreek leaves dish.
