Boondhi Raita
I love curd with everything especially with chapathi. What ever the main dish is, I always need my raita in my plate. They are not only simple to make but its equally enjoyable like the main dish. Among all the Raita Boondhi Raita is my favorite. I just love that crunchy and spicy taste mixed in the soft curd. Goes perfect with all kinds of Chapathi or Paratha.

- Roasted Cumin Powder/Jeera Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chat masala - a pinch

- Coriander leaves,finely chopped - 2 tsp
Instructions
1. First boil 1 cup of water and let it get steam, to this add the dry boondhis. Now with a help of spoon try to mix it well in water for a sec. They will get soft and absorb the water. After 1 minute remove them from water without breaking the boondhi and dry them up.
2. Now whisk the curd/yogurt well with a spoon and add 4 tsp of water to it. To this add the boondhis and mix them well. Now add salt and all the above mentioned ingredients and mix them up.
3. Serve this with any paratha like methi paratha, cauliflower paratha, mixed vegetable paratha or just regular chapathi.
Boondhi with curds, yummy not only as a side dish for rotis, but we can eat as it is too.
