Khus Syrup Drink/Vetiver Drink
This Khus drink is very famous in North India,its used for cooling the body just like our tender coconut.It keeps our mind refreshed and best for summers.I got this drink from my Indian grocery near by, and was so excited the minute I saw it.I just love that woody smell and sweetness flavour.That Green colour is inviting.I have served this several times to my guest and they have always loved it so definitely try this drink.This is an extract from Khus grass otherwise known as Vetiver in Tamil.

Ingredients
- Khus syrup - 3 tsp
- Lemon - 2
- Fresh Mint leaves - 5
- Sugar - as per requirement
- Ice
Instructions
1.In a blender add ice, khus syrup,lemon juice,sugar, mint and blend well for a min.
2.Then filter it and serve in a long glass its best for summer time.
