Okra Raita
I love raita a lot and chapathi plays a vital role in my family,me and my daughter def need raita with our main serving. I was getting bored with regular one and I have been trying out quite a number of variety. I had bookmarked this in my diary long back and I remembered it while cleaning my bookshelf. Its so simple and easy to make and loved it instantly. So I made it next day and tried it out,yumm it was very tasty and everyone loved it a lot.

Ingredients
- Okra / Lady's finger,roundly sliced - 1 cup
- Beaten Curd / Yogurt - 1 cup
- Chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Jeera Powder - 1/2 or more
- Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Wash and pat dry the lady's finger or okra. Then slice them round and thin. Deep fry them well and collect it in a paper tissue.
2. Now sprinkle jeera powder,chaat masala,salt and chilly powder and mix them well.
3. The same way take yogurt/ curd in a bowl and beat them with a spoon, to this add chaat masala,chilly powder,salt and jeera powder. Mix it well. Just before serving it to your guest add the okra. Crunchy and tasty okra raita is ready to serve. I love that crispiness in raita a lot.
