I have been hearing about this 10 min paal kova for a very long time and luckily I had some condensed milk can in my fridge. So while I was trying out my traditional paal kova that requires hrs of stirring I was trying out this one too. Well hehe I don't have to do any work my microwave is going to take care of my whole work what a joy right?? well here is this simple and quick version of paal kova enjoy making it.To check the Traditional way of making paal kova with milk click here.

  • Yield : 2

Ingredients

Instructions

1. Add one can of sweetened condensed milk in a microwavable bowl and keep it inside the microwave for 3 min .Stir it every min by taking it out of the microwave and place it back.

2. Once the 3 mins is done add 4 tsp of fresh curd to this and let it in microwave for 10 mins. Like previous method keep stirring it for every one min and continue the process.

3. When it was 8 mins I added the elachi powder and stirred it well and let it in microwave for 2 more mins.

4. Viola!!! my paal kova or thirati paal is almost ready. Now before transferring it to a bowl, strain the water for 3 mins and then place it in a bowl. Then add the chopped almonds and pista to it and serve it cold. Its yummy yum.
