Papaya Milkshake
Wish u all a very "HAPPY NEW YEAR" and I hope all had a wonderful beginning. I wanted to post something healthy for this new year so I thought of loading this papaya milkshake .Papaya is one of the healthiest fruit it consist of antioxidants and excellent for blood purifying and ladies do know it helps in giving excellent glow to the skin when consumed regularly.
Ingredients
- Papaya - 1 cup
- Chilled milk/Soya milk - 2 cup
- Dates - 3 tsp
- Cardamom powder(Elachi) - a pinch
- Vanilla syrup(optional) - one drop
Instructions
1. Put all the above mentioned ingredients in a blender and beat them well and enjoy it chilled.
