Peerkangai Thovayal(Beerakaya Pachadi)
I love this pachadi. If you have been to Andhra Restaurant you would have def known about this pachadi. This comes with "Andhra Thali Meals" and they taste fabulous . They pour ghee on hot rice and this pachadi is mixed with it. The 3 combination makes the food divine. I make ridge gourd chutney very frequently, but this I learned from one of my close friend Raji ,who by the way is an excellent cook. She is from Andhra and needless to say they are famous for the spicy pickles and pachadi. I am so glad I learned it from her a big thanks to her,now I make it very frequently at home. It's a must try one. Just make it and mix it with rice and ghee and store the rest in fridge it stays for a while. Lets go back to learning how to make this.
