Tomato sevai/Tomato kalavai Idiyappam
When we have leftover idiyappam try the tomato sevai even though there are other varieties everyone loves this spicy tangy tomato mix,we use tomatoes almost in all our cooking so I guess its in our genes we love anything that has a combination with tomatoes.prepare the idiyappam carefully see to it that it doesn't become dry,too much water in to the dough will turn the idiyappam quite dry and it wont be as tasty as its suppose to be.
