Corn Soup
I am sure every one enjoys the flavour of it.I have made corn vegetable soup here I like to add carrots& celery to most of my soups it brings a mild sweetness and fresh smell to it.This is little bit creamy but its definitely healthy and lite to our stomach.

Ingredients
- Sweet corn - 3 cup
- Carrot,finely chopped - 1/2 cup
- Celery - 4 tsp
- Onion,finely chopped - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Butter - 4 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Beans,finely chopped - 2 tsp
- Corn flour - 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Instructions
1.Heat butter in kadai/pan once they melt add onion saute for a min,then pour 1 glass water and let it boil for few minutes.Now add carrot,corn,celery.Do not add all the corn add just half cup corn keep rest to make "cream style corn "for the soup.
2.Now take the rest 2 1/2 cup corn and boil them in water for 15-20 min separately.Let them cool add one spoon sugar & then grind them in to paste like shown above and strain the skin well.This is what is called "cream style corn" instead of getting it ready made its easy to make it fresh at home.
3.Now add the cream corn to the boiling corn that is getting boiled and mix it well,add salt,pepper powder and stir for a 5 mins.Then add some milk and corn starch(corn flour mixed with 4 tsp of milk)and stir for a minute.
4.Serve this corn soup hot or chilled with some tortilla chips and salsa.
