Jal Jeera Drink
I love jal jeera very much who ever loves pani puri would def love this drink too. They taste almost same but pani puri water will be little stronger. I love it very much. The min I remembered my A-Z Blogging Marathon for letter "J" I fixed jal jeera drink,couldn't think of a better drink for this summer.I am submitting this under Street Food Category, its available on all common streets. Its full of flavor and very good for digestions. Its consumed during or after a heavy meal in North India. It's very simple to make and will be ready in few mins. Linking this to preeti too.
Off to this yummy recipe. Its little full of flavor that would surprise you so feel free to experiment it. It's best when cooled so always serve it chilled.

Ingredients
- Water - 3 cup
- Fresh Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
- Ginger - small piece
- Roasted Jeera Powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Amchur Powder(dry mango powder) - 2 tsp
- Black Salt - 1 tsp
- Dry boondhi - 1/4 cup
Instructions
1. In a blender add coriander leaves,mint,ginger,roasted jeera,amchur powder,pepper powder,black salt,sugar and blend it well.
2. Now in 3 cups of water mix this paste and stir it well.Filter it using a strainer. Then serve them chilled with dry boondhi on top. Its very good after a heavy meal and good for indigestion problem.
