Peanut Masala
Everyone at my place loves to munch something or the other during evening times. I used to be a fuzzy eater when it comes to snack time, well I am not a great fan of bajji, vada or pakoda hmm sounds odd right???? I know but I don't like mush of besan flour items. I love chaat or samosa kind of snacks, so made this groundnut masala ones and I loved it. I never make it but I always make her do it whenever I visit India.(hehheeh) well I kind of bored with my own cooking so when I am with her I give her a big list of to-do thins and I happily relax and enjoy the food. I love peanuts/groundnuts so its very simple to make and taste really good. I sometimes eat it with chapathi too.
