Pulli Kaaram(Village Food)
I know many of you might know about this wonderful recipe if you have a village background. I know this dish was quite common among farmer people during those days. My grant parents lived in a small village and they made lot of village food so it does pass to every generation and I definitely love the recipe.I was so skeptical to load this in my site but then I thought why not???even though it has just 2 or 3 ingredients they still taste sooo good. This puli kaaram is best for hot summer days. It accompanies well with curd rice.I make it quite often because I love it. Try it out with curd rice, it will take only 3 mins to make it and let me know how it was.

1. I didn't get time to click the step by step picture, well it actually has just one step so didn't click it.
2. All you have to do is chop small onions and green chillies to small pieces and add in a cup. To this add salt and mix them well with your hands. To this add tamarind pulp and mix it well again.
3. Finally add the raw sesame oil and mix it little bit and enjoy it as a side dish to your curd rice. Its sooooooooooooo yummy. Adding more oil enhances the flavor.
