Rasam Powder
Rasam is very common in every south Indian home. It not only taste good but its very good for health. It helps in digestion good when you get headache, cold or having high fever. Its best to grind rasam powder fresh but if you are working or busy then I would recommend to grind it and store it. Fresh rasam powder helps in bringing that instant smell to your rasam. Here is the simple way of making your rasam recipe. I don't think rasam powder should be stored for more than 3 time use,it will lose its aroma so make only little batches.

Hi Janani,
I really love rasam. I take it in a separate glass and drink it along with the food, especially in winters when the body needs warmth. Keep posting.
