Vegetable Puffs(Easy way)
Vegetable Puffs are very easy to make and everyone will enjoy it.Fall has started now and its raining most of the time ,this chill weather makes me hungry and it makes my mind go dull too.So I don't have the mood to stand in my kitchen for long.... all my mind and stomach dreams of is"Hot food" and whats better than vegetable puff????I buy store bough puff pastry sheets during winter to make my work easier.I don't do from scratch these days and I love it.The puff are crispy and crunchy.Its a definite winner.

Ingredients
- Carrot - 1/4 cup
- Potatoes - 1/2 cup
- Peas - 1/4 cup
- Corn - 1/4 cup
- Onion,finely chopped - 2
- Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2-1 tsp
- Coriander/Dhania Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Salt to taste - as per requirement
- Jeera - 1 tsp
Instructions
1.Chop all these vegetable to fine pieces wash them well.
2.In a pan pour some oil add jeera fry them for few sec and then add onions saute them well.To this add ginger garlic paste and stir till the raw smell is gone.Then add the vegetable and saute them for 5 mins or till they are semi cooked.
3.To this add some turmeric pow,chilly pow,dhania powder,garam masala and salt and saute for few more mins until the raw masala smell is gone.To this add little lemon juice and stir it once again.
4.Now keep the puff pastry out from freezer.I kept mine out for nearly 2 hrs so that its easy to thaw.
5.In a tray use aluminum paper and spray some oil so that the puff pastry don't stick to foil.Now place the puff pasty sheets(if the sheet is too thick I usually roll it little bit with my rolling pin)and stuff the vegetable inside like shown in pic.
6.Now fold the edges well by wetting it with little water and seal it well.
7.Now spray some oil on top of it.Then pre -heat the oven to 420 degree F and place the tray inside.Let it bake for 25-30 mins.Keep an eye on them from 20 mins.When they change to golden brown in color take it out and serve it hot with tomato sauce.
