There is a very special reason for me to make this sweet today.Its been a month since I started my site and I had very good response from everyone.Thanks a lot to every visitor I am sharing this sweet with all of you guys.This sweet is made during festival time and to me this day is just like festival totally happy and all have been very motivating.I didn't know I would have lot of visitors and lot of members visiting my site.Its super fun and enjoying it thoroughly.Thank you.

1.Soak badam,pista together in water for 1 hr.Then peel the skin off the badam.Keep few nuts separately chopped to mix later with the milk.
2.Make a fine paste of both the nuts and filter them using a strainer and keep it separate.
3.Boil some milk pour up to 2 cups and it should get reduced to half the size say to 1 cup size.Till then keep stirring continuously.
4.Take a string of saffron and mix it to the milk it gives an amazing flavour and mild yellow colour to the milk.Add a pinch of cardamom powder(elachi) to it.
5.Stir it well and let it dissolve completely.Now add the nuts paste and stir for 10 min till they are semi thick.stop stirring when you feel that the milk has thickened enough.
6.Add some chopped nuts to it and stir for 2 more mins I dont like it too thick so I stop stirring when its little thick.

7.Now let it cool down and keep it in fridge and serve it chilled.
