Coriander chutney/green chutney is a refreshing Indian condiment that goes with nearly everything like idly to dosa,samosas,sandwich.This is a simple and common one. I will be loading more types in coming post...so here it goes

  • Prep Time : 5 minutes
  • Cook Time : 2 minutes
  • Yield : 2

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the urad dal till they turn mild brown in colour.
  2. To the blender add coriander leaves ,coconut,garlic,tamarind,salt,hing and blend together.
  3. Add 1/2 glass water and the urad dal roasted and blend one more time.
  4. Now heat the kadai/pan pour some oil and add the seasoning items one by one and pour it on top of the chutney.
  5. Serve this chutney with all kinds of dosa&idly variety.
