Mango Coconut Chutney
When mangoes are in season I try my best to use them in my cooking.It taste good its a must try chutney for everyone,I use this chutney for adai,wheat dosa or pesarattu dosa/moong dal dosa.

Ingredients
- Raw mango,grated - 1/2 cup
- Coconut pieces - 1/4 cup
- Green chilly - 4
- Dry red chillies - 4
- Channa dal/kadala paruppu - 1 tsp
- Urad dal(ulandham paruppu) - 1 tsp
- Garlic - 3 piece
- Onion,finely chopped - 2 tsp
- Tamarind - very little
- Asofaetida(hing) - 1/4 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat kadai/pan to medium high pour some oil then once the mustard splutter fry urad dal,channa dal,hing,onion,red chillies,garlic,green chillies,coconut,mango,tamarind,salt.
- Remove them from fire after stirring them for 5 min then let them cool.
- Grind all of them together and serve them hot with idly or dosa.
NOTE:
- You can avoid the tamarind if mango is tangy enough.
- If you don't like the chutney like this u can add the seasoning on top of it again too with mustard,urad&curry leaves.
