Mixed Dhal Vada
Bored with typical Medhu vada try this out, not only is tasty it's very very healthy too. I tried mixing lots of mint leaves to this, the aroma definitely gives a nice feel to your taste bud. Since it consist of all kinds of dals its def healthy for kids too. When you are making for them reduce the chillies. Since it's very cold these days, I am munching something or the other all the time. I feel hungry 24/7 don't know why??? and this dull weather makes me feel so lazy to enter kitchen sometimes. Its better to make something quick like this and be out soon. So try this out and let me know how you liked it.
