Oats Banana Milkshake
Oats banana milkshake is very tasty and good for health. I have never been a great fan of oats but now after developing a taste for it, I kind of really like it. Its high in fiber and keeps you healthy. It's filling when had as food for breakfast or dinner. It's good for diabetic patients too. Helpful for new mothers who have issues with lactic problem. Its good for body weight reduction. I would really recommend to have oats at least once in our every day meal in some form. So why not try first with milkshake. I started trying this from TASTE OF HOME magazine. I am linking this to srivalli's Cook from Cookbook Event.
Ingredients
- Oats - 1/4 cup
- Banana,ripe - 2
- Honey or Dates - 1 tsp/ 3
- Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
- Milk - 1 cup
Instructions
1. In a pan dry roast oats till the color change. Then transfer it to a blender.
2. In this add banana,vanilla essence,honey or dates ,milk and whip it well. Then transfer it to a tall glass and serve it chilled.
i have tasted many times its divine and quick breakfast too !
Really oats has it characteristics coz of fiber content. Already before done one ABCD milk shake….That was also nice with choco.
