Orange Strawberry Popsicle
It is so hot in California and I was in a mood to have something cold and I didn't really have any ideas how to prepare a dish for my A-Z Blogging Marathon conducted by srivalli and also linking it to preeti space. It comes under International category.I was breaking my head what to do with alphabet "o" and then a bulb in my head popped, why not try Popsicle and I luckily had few fruits inside my fridge and I was all set to make it. Recipe is dead easy it takes only 5 min for preparation in fact less than 5 min. So I was happy that it covered my marathon word and my hunger for something cold to eat. Now off to recipe...

Ingredients
- Popsicle Mold - 4-6
- Orange Juice - 1 cup
- Strawberry pulp - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
Instructions
1. Squeeze fresh juice from orange and store it in a bowl. Add half cup of sugar to it and let it dissolve completely.
2. Now make pulp from strawberry and mix half cup of sugar and dilute it well.
3. Now with the help of popsicle mold add orange juice first and insert the mold stick in. Let it sit in freezer for an 45 min. Then again take it out and add strawberry juice inside the mold and freeze it for 2 hrs totally. You can add many layers this way or just add only one kind of juice. I wanted it colorful o I added 2 types of fruit juices. After 2-3 hrs take it out from freezer and run the outer mold under hot/warm water for few mins. The ice will come out clean and nice. Enjoy it with a nice slurp.
