Ragi Upma
Ragi upma is very healthy for our body. These days we have switched to junk and fast food and see our body fat hanging in all direction. I hate the fact how we have been memorized by such unhealthy lifestyle,I know pizza and all kinds of junk taste good, but they are not that healthy for our health. So I started thinking ..why not balance our food consumption. Feed your body mostly with healthy stuff and on weekend junk can go in, that way its a win-win situation. People think healthy stuff taste bad and its not true. When done in our own way all kinds of healthy food taste so good.
I read in one article that oats have started dominating the whole world and people from India have forgotten the fact that ragi, millet and other healthy stuff are no more in people memory. Ragi have been the best food for our body so its good to add at least 2 times in a week to our day to day life. This ragi upma was suggested by my sister and its easy to make and they tasted yumm. Try it out.... Its been raining here for the past two days and I am too lazy to cook because of the nice comfy weather. Feel like taking a nice nap so wish I had an Indian Restaurant near by to order some hot yummy food.
