Biryani is everyone's favourite,there are many varieties in them.Dum biryani,regular biryani,tomato biryani,Hyderabad biryani and lot more.Pakistani biryani is one of the best biryani I have ever tasted one of my friend makes it and it taste really good.The separate rice and the way its cooked evenly amazes me.I love to have this with raita and salna.My mom makes salna(kind of khurma) it goes so well with this will load that recipe soon in my post.These two combination will "woo" your guest for sure.

1.In a kadai add some ghee fry the rice for 3 mins and keep it separate.Soak it for 30 min or boil it till they are half cooked in a separate bowl.Then in the kadai pour more oil/ghee and fry the ingredients like shah jeera,cinnamon,cloves,elachi,bay leaves for few mins.
2.Now saute onions,ginger garlic paste,green chillies,tomatoes, and all the vegetables mentioned above.Saute them for 5 mins.

3.Once the vegetables are mildly cooked add some curd to the mix and stir for a minute,add some salt,chilly powder,garam masala and one a glass of water and let it cook for sometime.

4.Now add the chopped mint leaves,coriander leaves and stir for a min.Then add the coconut milk and let it sit for a min.

5.Now add the basmathi rice to the kadai and close it with a lid and let it cook like dum biryani.For this purpose we need to place a tawa below the kadai so that they dont get burnt below and evenly get cooked inside.
6.Some people for quick version shift this in to rice cooker and cook it.Keep checking if they are if kept in stove see to that they dont get burnt.
7.Now once biryani is ready,in a kadai fry the bread pieces with ghee and garnish it on top.
8.Serve it with raita.
