Veggie Cheese Dosa(Kid’s Food)

By March 19, 2013

Whenever my kid is fuzzy with having breakfast or dinner, I just try giving her favorite dosa with lots of veggie on top with cheese sprinkled and she would finish it in a minute. It does taste awesome. It feels like pizza and its homemade with fresh vegetable. So simple to make for fuzzy eaters and very healthy at the same time. Change the veggie topping according to your wish. I sometimes chop spinach too along with it. It will be very colorful and appealing to eyes.

  • Prep Time : 5 minutes
  • Cook Time : 5 minutes
  • Yield : 5

Instructions

1. Chop all the required veggies thinly and keep it ready.

2. Pour the dough on the iron griddle and let it sit for a min. To this spread all the veggies and pour oil in and around the dosa.

3. To this add shredded cheese and close it with lid. Let it get cooked. When the bottom turns golden color just shift the dosa to the plate and serve it to your kids.

3. This delicious cheesy dosa will become their favorite breakfast. Add any veggies to your kids liking like broccoli, spinach, cabbage and enjoy this healthy version of dosa.
