Carrot and Spinach Soup

By January 25, 2014

I love vegetables in juice form I can make lot of curries but making one soup has never been my cup of tea. I don't know why, its the most easiest thing to do... still I never show interest in doing it. Hubby has started to diet and I have been giving him non fat and healthy soup for some time. This soup was very filling and my kid loved it too. Its easy to make and it fills our tummy well... I  like the combination of flavors in it. I saw this recipe in one of Tarladalal cooking show and I had bookmarked it long time and it was apt for valli's Cooking  From Cookbook Challenge. So linking my recipe to this event.
