Sambhar Powder-Homemade
I love sambhar who doesn't ???. I make sambar once in a week. Every time I make, I like to make it different. I love homemade sambhar powder a lot. I usually roast them and save them in an air tight container. It stays for months but I usually finish it off with in a month and love to make fresh batch for the next month. Its very easy to make and they taste good. This powder can be used for poriyal and kootu too. Mom makes it different but I have adapted to this method and loved it since then.
